I was born and raised in the Rosedale/Curryville community and graduated from Armuchee High School. My folks, Joel and Louise Massingill still live in the Rosedale Community.
I've been married to Alma Rawls, daughter of Pattye and the late Joe Rawls of the Sonoraville Community for 20 years. Alma and I reside on Boone Ford Road.
In 2006, our daughter Allison, a graduate of Gordon Central, earned her degree at the University of Alabama and currently is employed as a Merchandising Assistant for Vanity Fair Image Wear in the Harley Davidson division.
We are members of the Calhoun First Presbyterian Church on Redbud Road.
